The question has been asked about men's opinions about women, so I think it's fair for women to say what they think about men too.
I'll start off. Dislikes- bossiness, their expectations of women-but don't apply it for themselves. Narrow-mindedness.
Likes- men's strength and the love that they do show.

Dislike: Their weakness for new vagina
Like: They can be as strong, tough, macho and protective as they come, yet they can lay in bed, put their head on your chest and feel vulnerable.

Personally I don't count in one of those women to me ur not a real man if u've not hair on ur body. Its more of a turn on to see hair on a chest then for it bare. I don't care for the men who wax and all that its so stupid now women thats different and completely understandable we have to do that lol. I like em hairy like a man and not like little boys... The worst is when a man shaves his legs UGH OMG SICK but I've felt the same as u have when I'm with someone who wants me to get a breast job and I'm already naturally well .. anyway lets not go there lol but I hate ppl who want u to change ur body why marry them in the first place if they aren't already good enough for u.. Don't worry if I like chest hair and facial hair and such I'm not the only one there are other women so quite caring what the other women think ;) they aren't worth ur time if they are to judge u about ur body

BTW, A great question! First off: I do not like every man I happen to meet. However, in the male species I generally enjoy sharing my time with I enjoy: self confidence, intelligence, a sharp wit, good manners and an open mind. What I strongly dislike in some of them are short attention span, greediness for attention, money or whatever else it is they have a burning need for at the moment, little care for priorities in life and a pretty entertaining ( for me anyway ) self importance.

I dislike the same things in men that I don't like in women:
brown-nosers, blind allegiance, and pride in ignorance
I like the same things in men and women:
Intelligent, honest, has self-knowledge, sarcastic, playful, responsible, and loves the outdoors.

I love intelligence in a man, I love responsibility, strength, and courage in a man, I just love a man that is intense and loving. I love a good father in a man.
I dislike cowardice in a man, laziness, bossiness, a man that talks too much, and a man that lacks ambition!

dislikes: they're aggressiveness and need to argue/fight, how they talk about things that interest them and expect you to be interested but then dont listen to a word you say when you want to tell them something, narrow minded most of the time, immature, and they fart too much!
likes: they're more fun than girls! strong and can protect you, can have undying love, can pleasure me like crazy! lol!

Likes: I like someone who is sweet and understanding, someone who I could talk to and trust.. And someone who is mature & intelligent.

Perhaps this doesn't count for all men; it's their tunnel vision. What I mean is when they are goal oriented they can only see their goal and us wives, often are put on the back burner. Thankfully my hubby got over it, yet it was not pleasant.
What I like is that once they love they put all of their energy into it. I could describe it as an emotional blast if you will.
