Either 4 or 6.
I'm a size 4 and my measurements are:
34-24-32
But it also depends on the name brand of the dress.

Dress sizes are determined by your bust [ not bra ], waist, and hip sizes.
Every manufacturer's size chart is slightly different.
Generally speaking, a person who is 36 - 26 - 38 or 9 is a size 10, sometimes an 8.

Size 4/5 for tops and size 8/9 for bottoms (US sizes).
However with variations in sizing, you could be a size bigger or smaller depending on the store.
