Ok, so people go around saying treat everyone equally, but then they go out and trach all "un-normal" people, such as Gays, Lesbians, And Bi's, so whats the big deal? What Homophones do is they use "God and Jesus" as an exuse saying that God doesnt love People that arent straight. Thats Bullshit. Who says that If you love the same sex, god doesnt love you as much as he would love a straight person. I think its completely dumb how people think tha just because your not straight, your disgusting, and "sick in your mind" You cannot control who you love, if your a boy and you love a boy, good for you, if your a girl and you love a girl, good for you, at least you guys know how to be proud of your sexuality. There are some people out there who are afaid to show the real person inside them because they are ashamed...I think thats dumb! You shoud be ashamed of loveing the same sex. Love is a natural and beautiful thing and shouldnt be tormented by those who are homophobic!

Let's face it.

If you're not straight you've got a screwed up line in your reproductive code that says, "Attempt reproduction with the same gender."

Now, most of us don't really care what people do in private. That's why it's "private". In fact I'm willing to bet God's reaction to the whole thing was something like, "Huh. How 'bout that. Sure never saw that coming."

Nevertheless when you start telling the rest of the world that homosexual behavior is 'normal' that usually starts to lose the majority of us. You're gay? Hey, that's great. Be gay. Be gay and shut up about it.

As for being homophobic, I've known and worked with plenty of homos. I've never been frightened of any of them.

Homosexuality is unnatural and will never be accepted by the majority of the people. That is simply the truth and the way it is.People who don't want their kids exposed to it are angry because of whats happening in the government schools, and many can't afford to get their kids out and into private schools.

People make many choices or have lifestyles that I don't agree with, not limited to,but including, homosexuality. What you do in your private affairs(no pun intended)is your buisiness as long as it doesn't affect me(see first paragraph).I have a right to speak out against something that I don't like or agree with. That doesn't mean I have a "phobia" or that I'm hateful. The only gays I can't stand are the little queers that run around sprinkling fairy dust and have no other identity except their gayness.I will admit that I may have strong urges to smack them around a little but I never act on them.

Bottom line is that most homophobes have had a homosexual thought or curiousity that they did or didn't act on. And they don't like that about themselves because it makes them feel sinful.
What really gets me about christians and homosexuals is: Isn't it a fact in Jesus' eyes that we are ALL sinners? Doesn't matter if I slept with my fiance (before marriage) or my secretary, I'm still a sinner. The fact of the matter is, we are all classified as sinners in christianity. If sinners weren't allowed in church, they'd all be empty come Sunday morning, now wouldn't they?
Do what you gotta do. Don't worry about the rest. I am agnostic. I don't care what anyone's preference is. But I know they, according to the "Gospel" are sinners just like everyone else that likes sex...and isn't that pretty much everyone?

I love gay men! They are great friends. Lipstick lesbians ok I get it. But what bothers me about gay people are the butch lesbians. And that is because of family situations. I dont understand what the physical attraction is to a butch lesbian. Whats the point? My little niece who I love to death that I raised has a mother who a couple years ago decided to come out. She changed her look and tries to look like a dude. My 9 yr old cousin gets teased at school for having a mom that looks like that and it breaks my heart. She cries and asks why does her mom have to look like that, why cant she have stayed like the way she looked before. And I agree. Like I said lipstick lesbians okay whatever but I cant stand seeing a butch lesbian. Its disgusting. And that may be ignorant but its a personal situation that made me feel this way.

It's okay to love someone of the same sex, but if you CAN'T AND WON'T love someone of the opposite sex, you're abnormal. If most people are gay, then the straight people would be abnormal. It's all relative.

Fair or unfair, if you were God, you can choose to love some of your creation and not love others. Who's going to judge you? You're all-powerful, omnipotent.

You are entitled to your opinion and so are the homophobes.
You said it best in the next to the last sentence in your statement. It says, "You should be ashamed of loving the same sex."
Loving them is one thing, but having perverted sexual relations with them is another.
I think that is what you really ment. If it was
really alright, you wouldn`t be trying so hard
to get everyone to agree with you. You would not even care what other people said.

Some Christians aren't Homophobes. It only says in the Bible that it's not the right thing to do. It doesn't mean that we or God wouldn't love the person. Does that make sense?

I hope that helps!

I think it is more that these folks are having sex for fun and that just bothers the phobes a lot.

Look, as far as I am concerned, as long as I don;t have to hear any boring sex stories from any one, do as you wish

That relies upon on even if the theist makes use of the e book as an excuse or fairly believes that because the books says it, it might want to be genuine. nevertheless, i imagine all 3 kinds of folk are abomination (to borrow a word).

I am straight as an arrow, and a Christian.

But, as long as a relationship is healthy and loving, even if it is same sex, then who am I to judge?
