Yeah, they should have drafted one even in last year's draft. For signing one in free agency, if a caliber player is available sign him. San Francisco now knows Frank Gore can't do it all. In reality 49ers could be 0-6 if they did not score a late TD and the Rams did not miss that last second field goal. There should be good running backs available in the draft. San Francisco has got to get rid of Robinson. At least Hicks has done a decent job returning kickoffs. If San Francisco were to draft a player next year, who are good prospects?

I think they would be better served by, spending some money on the offensive line.
