if U are wanting only the free items..
It is like a club..where u have to pay a membership fee every month..
they have special events..and u have to go on their site often..and see the specials..

when club penguin has big town wide parties, they usually have 2 or 3 free things. you just have to look for them.

well sometimes there is free items on rockhopers ship and you can get free items when theres a lot of them and it says free!

u wait till a special event and there are normaly boxes giving out stuff of that theme (like at the christmas party they gave out santa beards)

sometimes thay have like scavengerhunts which if you complete you get a free pin otherwise theres only a couple things
