Thats like asking someone here to give you the history of the world. For example, C to Java is fairly easy since they are both programming languages and fairly close to each other in the timeline.
But Unix is an operating system. Its basically Unix to CP/M to DOS to Windows (with some sidebranches for Mac and Linux amoung others)
And protocols are a whole new timeline. So you are asking fro at least 3 timelines that are all too complicated to be done here.
