Have the really cool kid give you and several of your loyal classmates a fake BJ and spit the semen it in a bucket. The semen will be fake because the BJ was fake but don`t let the really cool kid know this until you have dumped the semen on your principal. You will become quite popular when the word gets out. FAKE SEMEN
250ml of water + 2 flat tablespoons of plain flour
Pour about 250ml (or one and a half mugs) of cold water into a saucepan and add two flat tablespoons of flour. Once you get used to it, it's arguably easier to sort out your quantities of flour and water by eye.
Mix the flour into the water until you have no lumps whatsoever - I find it best to use your hands for this. When you've finished, it should look like you have a saucepan full of milk. If it doesn't you've either got too much or too little flour.
Bring to the boil, and then simmer over a high heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. You'll end up with a slightly opaque solution, with the viscosity of warm KY Jelly.
Leave it to cool for about 15 minutes.
It lasts about three days without refrigeration ? its edible of course.

cornstarch and water looks about right but it will only work if the person your fooling does not have to touch the fake semen as it is totally the wrong texture.

You could mix powdered sugar and milk to make a white/clearish substance.
WATCH OUT! Only add a little of milk at a time or else you'll ruin the batch.

just use your own... or get a bunch of friends to get it on it and use their 'juices' too. OR! find a farmer that would be willing to let you use his horses semen. those things c.um a HUGE amount!! LMAO!!
one more thing.... the fact that you said you "need" this... dude... you're in for one sad life if you "need" to be friends with certain ppl so that you can be popular....
