That's a tough one. I don't know about who ever lived, but I think that Marie Curie was a very important woman in history. She discovered radioactivity and radium. She was a woman physicist at a time when women were not scientists at all. She won the Nobel prize... twice! She was an amazingly talented and gifted woman. She paved the way for women in science. What a vision for the future she had!
