Halloween is fun to watch the kids get dressed up and get their candy (and rack up the dental bill and obesity issues). But Christmas, Christmas is when the little ones are in their best outfits (which can be just as cute as costumes) and (especially those who don't have a lot) you get to see such appreciation on their faces for the things they receive, as well as their generosity as you listen to their ideas and what they want to do themselves for gifts for friends and family. I have to say it's by far Christmas because it has all of that as well as the great decorations and we get to celebrate (as well as share the story with children and others who do not know) Jesus' birth.

Christmas definitely....Yeah! Presents, beautiful lights, decorations, Christmas trees, Christmas carols, shopping, parties.....so very festive!
Halloween is all about candy and scary crap....who cares about candy? (it just makes you fat) And really, what's the point of being scared out your wits by some guy in a costume? And paying for it?

Christmas...Halloween is nice for that one night but it is more fun for small children. Christmas is a whole season of fun, hearing carols on the radio, the smells of a fresh pine tree and candy canes, and especially exchaning presents with family and friends. For me, there is nothing more fun than Christmas!!
