I was in 3rd grade.

There was a bunch of us talking about it and everyone else said they didn't believe, so I agreed (even tho, I DID still believe... just didn't wanna seem like the lame 'baby')

Man, that sucked.

Hello love.

I was about 10 I'm pretty sure, and well I couldn't understand how Santa could be at one major department store, and yet another one at the very same time.(gimmie a break I thought) So, I guess children at whatever age reach the conclusion of... "Oh Fooey with this Santa business!" lol... little suspicions mount over time, til you grow out of believing. I'm glad I lasted a few more years than you did, as maybe it's something worth believing? A fable that can make a child smile and feel special?

There's no SANTA??!??!???!

OMG I gotta call my Mom real fast.....I gotta give her props for keeping the illusion alive for 33 years!!!

Really....there is a santa....santa is not a man...santa is a concept...a way you view the world.....Saint Nick was real...

If you think theres no such thing as a fat guy in a red suit....have you been to any mall in America in December?? Oh there are PLENTY of Santas!

Believing in Santa is much like believing in an intangible concept....much like believing in Jesus only with cooler wrapping paper

When I was about 9, my step-father told me he saw Santa being buried at the cemetary on his way home from work. I was so upset. My mother told me there was no such thing as Santa to get me to stop crying, but the damage was done.

True story.

I caught my parents at the tree when I was seven, but I didn't call them out. I sneaked back in bed and pretended to believe in Santa for about three more years so that they would keep getting me what I wanted.

Never got the chance to feel that way.
Every since I had the chance to understand things, I asked them about Santa, and they said he wasn't real.
So, I always laughed at my peers believing in him.Mean, but true.

I think I was around 9...my parents told me at Easter (no easter bunny either obvz)...you know how I reacted?
I laughed.
I didn't believe them.
LOL...it took them forever to convince me it was true. They had to show me old receipts from Christmas presents before before I'd believe it.
