Make it at home.

Slice up some sharp cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack (or jalapeno if you like it hot). Melt it in a nonstick frying pan with heavy cream, butter, dried mustard, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Mix the melted cheese mixture in with cooked noodles, cover it with some more bread crumbs, and then bake it at 350 for about an hour.

It's the best thing EVER.

Well, I make mine homemade with Velveeta and whole milk, salt and pepper to taste. For a twist I add fresh oregano, some chives, a little hot pepper sauce, a clove of crushed garlic, once in a while crumble some bacon in it, and some times I add 1/3 package of cream cheese also. That makes it SUPER creamy.
Fresh cubed tomato stirred into an individual serving, but not into the whole pot (for reheating purposes) is a great addition also.
Just so you know I make about 4 quarts at a time in a huge pot. Leftovers are good hot or cold. If hot I always add more milk as I warm it back up.
Now my mouth is watering, it's 11:00 pm where I'm at, but I gotta go make some now. Awesome comfort food.

Homemade Macaroni & Cheese
Real Cheese-

Yeah Kraft & Velvetta are easier-but think of the preservatives in the "cheese" sauce they give you.

Its very easy to make and very delicious, look up a recipe on Allrecipes.com

I personally like Kraft the best, and you know what I top mine with? Hebrew National hot dogs. I can't imagine eating macaroni without them.
