Slang or a short version of teat. The whole breast.

'Tit' is a variant of the word 'teat'. A teat is the protuberance through which a young mammal sucks milk or other liquid, whether it be from another mammal or from a feeding bottle. Thus, the right meaning of 'tit' is 'nipple'.
However, in slang, it is used to convey the whole breast, not merely the nipple.
