You have to use something. The pull out method is only a slightly less effective way to make babies- not a way to prevent them. It usually takes on average a year for people to get pregnant on purpose, and slightly longer when trying to avoid it by pulling out.

Wear something.

Wait about 3 weeks before testing. And then another 3-5 days if its negative and you're convinced otherwise.

I've been really satisfied with the Trojan condoms, or else the Dorex... also, yes you can still get pregnant with the pull out method... men pre-come and it contains sperm in it so there's a chance that if you do it at the right time, even when pulling out you could still get pregnant. If you're not ready for a baby, i'd say keep using condome, or wait till you're on birth control. Usually you can test up to a week before your period is due, but that early isn't always accurate.. so if you miss your period, you'll be able to test again. But whenever you test, if it comes out negative, you should still re-test 2-3 weeks after that just to make sure. Good Luck with everything!

Yes you can get pregnant right after birth. Pulling out does not help prevent pregnancy all that much, sperm still can leak out before the shangrila moment. The best condoms are the ones that dont break. Unfortunately the thickest ones are also the least pleasing for a guy.

The white discharge is called pre-c u m. It is possible to have traces of semen in it so it is very possible to become pregnant, even if he pulls out before he finishes. The thinner condoms give you more feeling, but then again, they are not as durable as the thicker kind and have a better chance at breaking. Condoms with spermacide are the way to go. Maybe get a ribbed kind so you can get a better feeling. He won't like going back to it (I didn't) but, he will get used to it. Tell him the alternative is baby #2.

didn't anyone tell you that you are MUCH more fertile after giving birth. so yes there is a good chance that you might be. the pre-ejaculation has sperm in it and it only takes one. I know several now mommy that used the pull out method.

From what I hear, you can still get pregnant... maybe it's better for you to not take the risk and so condoms should be the good solution for you. I've tried several brands myself. Durex is great.

its easier to get pregnant straight after you have had a baby, and i am sure you are meant to wait longer before intercourse after childbirth. Yes you could be pregnant.
