Probably, but be VERY careful with canned leases! Every jurisdiction has it's unique laws and requirements and using a canned lease written for one locale in another one can get you in serious hot water. I'd strongly urge you to have a qualified real estate attorney draw it up for you. It will cost you LESS in the long run. When it comes to your financial well-being, you really do get what you pay for.

You can stop by your local real estate office and ask for their standard form, the forms will be correct and within the law for your area... the worst they can say is no.
