Have 2 buckets (or other suitable vessel) of water. One with cold, one with hot water. Adding Epsom salt is good too. Soak your feet in cold water for 2-3 minutes, then switch to warm water for 2-3 minutes. Repeat several times. Then go to your room, lie on the bed and put your feet on the wall. Keep them elevated for at leats 10 minutes.
They will still kind of hurt all day today, but tomorrow they will be better.

I went to homecoming a couple of weeks ago and there was a mosh pitt and I was bare foot. When I got home my feet were swollen and bruised. I soaked them in very hot water and then put icy hot on them. It burned like a ***** but it took the pain away. Oh and pain killers.good luck

I've read through the answers and found that everyone suggests warm/hot water to soak your feet in. However, I've always soaked them in icy cold water. Get a large pack of ice from any convenient store (and they are incredibly cheap, so get'em in large quantities! =) ), and dump them all in the tub, and soak your feet in even if you cannot bear the cold. It works very well.

Soak them in Epsom salt purchased at the drug store for about a $1. About 15 minutes should do it.

Soak them in some warm water with Epsom salt or some foot soak if you have any. Maybe get someone to give you a foot massage.
