I think every one regrets some decisions made in life but its too late after the fact :) so just have to accept if it cant be undone & fixed & move on edit

No, regret is a waste of time...while sitting around regretting the past you could be spending that time in the present.

I have done a few things that I am not proud of, but I don't regret doing them. If anything had changed in my life I wouldn't be who I am today, and I wouldn't be where I am today. I am happy with my life.
