DEEE-TROIT BASKETBALL!!! You bet they will! They will destroy all of the teams in the Eastern Conference and cruise to the NBA Finals with ease.

I'm not a Pistons fan but if U notice. The Pistons are like the strong teams in the 70's. Like the Bullets of the 70's they kept the same line-up that was obviously good. So appearing in the finals was nothing, but winning was tough!

Now about them winning I say 50/50 I'm rooting for Boston's big 3. But w/out a dought the Pistons well be a contender for the Eastern Conference Title!

Im a huge pistons fan, but i have to be objective. unless the their young bench players mature rapidly the pistons will rely to heavily on their starters and the starters will eventually wear down. So, i say not this year but next year would be a better guess.

P.S. Rodney Stuckey is going to be a star in the NBA in 3 years.

o good answer el sneaky. yes they will win it, just because they didnt win last year doesnt mean they will win this year. the pistons are the best team in the league, it will be them and the heat in the finals and pistons will win it 4 games to 1. good question!!

YES!!! They have an amazing point guard who is a 15 ppg 9 apg player. They have one of the best shooters in the game in Rip Hamilton who is easily a 25ppg player. They have an amazing PF in Rasheed Wallace, and even though he may be overemotional, he provides the fire for that Pistons team. And their SF is a great defender and rebounder. 2008 CHAMPS!!!!!

pistons have a similar problem as Dallas...they get really awesome for a while and then they fold. something's just not the same anymore with Ben Wallace and Larry Brown missing.
