I have an English paper due and I was wondering if anyone knows of any reliable sources that can give me some information on the history of food irradiation?

Your library should have lots of books. You can go to their website or inside the library to search by subject, then use their books. Real books are the only reliable sources. Your teacher won't accept internet sources unless he or she is a dufus.
