I saw Rutgers 2nd game of the year, when they played some wacked out school from AA, and I was NOT impressed. WVU will win, this is my LOCK.

Rutgers get their revenge. They let 2 games go in the second half this year but are starting to gel up. Will be an exciting game with Rutgers pulling it out at the end

I think WVU wins. They have basically the same offense as last year, and their defense is much improved. I think this one might be in the neighborhood of 24-7.
