As I really think my 13 months old baby gets miserable every time he has a cold with blocked nose I just wondered any of you know any efficient way to protect them as much as possible. For example, clothing, sleep at night, bath, any tips to help?

Even breast fed babies catch colds!!! There really isn't much you can do to protect them except alot of hand washing and trying to keep people away who are showing signs of colds.

Breast feed. :)

Make sure he's eating healthy, good fruits and veggies and plenty of water. Kids gets colds- you cant keep them from it completely.

Kids and damp leaves do not mix. I dont know why. I always thought my grandmother was insane, but the older I get and the more seasons I see the more I realize how true it is.

Keep his hands washed all the time, keep him away from sick people, and places where germs multiply.

If he gets a cold flush his nose out with plain saline solution. He'll throw a massive fit, but it will shorten the life span of the cold by nearly half. I promise.

In addition to breastfeeding and lots of hand washing, I gave my babies liquid vitamin C supplements. You can get them at the health food store and they are designed with specific dosage instructions for babies.

All you can do is wash your hands frequently. Same goes for other home members.
