I love you, Help me and Forgive me? Which of these do you use more often?

I used to use I love you the most. now its help me.

I agree wholeheartedly with you on all 3 of these. They are difficult things to say in some cases. I say the words, "I love you" the most often. The words, "Help me" are extremely difficult for me!!! Sometimes the words "Forgive me" are also hard for me to get out, too. Those shouldn't be so hard but it depends on the circumstances. Tonight would not be a good night for me to have to say those words. :o(

I don't find it difficult to say any of these three...
Meaning them however is another story.
I wish I had a woman I could say I love you to, but I don't. Help me.
I would say I use "Forgive me" the most. I make a lot of mistakes, it's a tragic side effect of being an alien to this planet. I'm afraid my pursuit of perfection is marred by my inability to communicate well.

I use I love you a lot. I used to have a giant ego and would never ask for forgiveness or say I'm sorry, but I'm making an honest effort to say it more.
As for Help me, I still do have a bit of pride (ahhh... 1/7 deadly sins) and I have issues asking people for help. =/
