No, it is inappropriate to wear any sort of fragrance for a job interview. For an interview, you need to keep it very conservative, and some people have fragrance sensitivities, other people might have unpleasant memories brought up. Save the cologne for when you get the job, and even then keep it to one spritz of the neck.

I would leave the cologne off, unless you are applying for a job with the manufacturer of the cologne.
There are many people who are allergic/sensitive to scents. A scent that is too strong or not pleasant will be a detriment to the interview, but no scent will be neutral, neither good nor bad.

its appropriate, but not alot, they want to know about you, not the cologne youre wearing. wear enough so that they could only smell it when you pass by, not when youre just standing or sitting.
