He could but it would make no sense. He brings nothing to the table so to speak, Her support among African Americans is all ready higher then his. And she is bound to win Illinois his home state
A better choice would be the Hispanic Bill Richardson , who would bring into play states like Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Nevada which have high Hispanic populations but many Republicans. Richardson may even help put Texas into play

If he's smart he should jump at the chance. Former V.P.'s stand a good chance of becoming President.
