You could be anemic.

"Anemia from the Greek meaning "without blood", is a deficiency of red blood cells (RBCs) and/or hemoglobin. This results in a reduced ability of blood to transfer oxygen to the tissues, causing tissue hypoxia. Since all human cells depend on oxygen for survival, varying degrees of anemia can have a wide range of clinical consequences. Hemoglobin (the oxygen-carrying protein in the red blood cells) has to be present to ensure adequate oxygenation of all body tissues and organs. The three main classes of anemia include excessive blood loss (acutely such as a hemorrhage or chronically through low-volume loss), excessive blood cell destruction (hemolysis) or deficient red blood cell production (ineffective hematopoiesis). In menstruating women, dietary iron deficiency is a common cause of deficient red blood cell production."

Daily iron supplements can control/reverse this. They are usually only taken daily for 3-4 months, and then you discontinue the use. Sometimes even blood transfusions are needed.
You need to make an appointment with your doctor, and discuss this with him/her. They will decide what is the best treatment (or if it is any other illness).

Maybe you've got mono. Are there other symptoms? Sore throat, swollen glands, feeling like hell in general?

I've had mono like 5 times now. I know how it feels to be dead tired. Go talk to your doc. Maybe they'll be able to figure it out.

Good luck!

You may need a boost in iron or be eating too many carbohydrates. Go see your doctor who will be able to tell you if there is a serious medical condition.

You might be anemic. You might have mono. You really should get to the doctor to be checked out.

P.S. you might also be hypoglycemic, low blood sugar. In any case, go to the doctor.
