Because shaving underarms and legs was a hooker's trademark in North America and somehow it became the thing to do---maybe women decided men loved that if the hookers were doing it?

Well coz most guys don't find women who looks like chimps very sexy, but hey good to know there is a natural man out there. See the way I understand it is guys like their women soft and smooth and hair-free except for maybe the head. And usually hair under the armpit is what women find sexy in a man, so you really don't find straight men looking for something they can find in their gym buddy in the girl they have the hotts for...do they now? But ever guy have different taste in women:)

Because I not only feel cleaner but smell cleaner as well. There is less surface area for bacteria to create an order when arm pits are shaved.

Well you are in luck! There are many cultures or individuals that are women that don't shave their hairy underarm pits. In my culture, I can't imagine having bushes growing under my arms but for those that choose that and the guys- like you- that like that- why not?
Do you like them braided, too?

I suppose this depends on the cultural expectations where you live. I live in the US, and people shave here. So do I. I don't find it attractive to have (or to see) hairy armpits. I suppose if you live somewhere where not shaving is considered normal and desirable, then you'd find it attractive.

Because I'm not into that look and neither is my husband. There's nothing wrong with going hairy, but a lot of Americans don't prefer it. Also, it feels more hygienic/ cooler/ fresher to be hairless. You guys should shave too.

I have very little body hair so whatever hair that grows out of my armpits isn't really anything you would be able to see easily.

To each his or her own tastes. Odor causing bacteria cling and breed in axillary hair and shaving reduces that social problem. I agree with you, though. I am especially attracted to men's underarm hair.
