Think about what you want to study. Find several universities that offer what you would like. Find them on the net. They'll have information for foreign students. Contact the admissions office, perhaps by email on the university's web page. They'll help you with applying for the F-1 student visa.

Do this, too- stay in school while you do the above. Study as much English as you can.
