Lagaan. It's a Bollywood film (straight from India), and has a lot about Indian culture, and it is a historical fiction. I love this movie.
And also Howl's Moving Castle, because it's a really good family movie. It's a little long, but it's funny. I love this movie too.

"Serenity" was a great movie. It's a science fiction movie with very realistic people, instead of these highly idealistic fake people that you normally see in science fiction. Also, there's lots of really funny lines in there too... and the girl, River, kicks butt in that movie, which is a lot of fun to watch. It has a nice message too - it showed the problem of having the government "meddle" too much in everyone's lives... It's definitely worth watching. :)

"Performance" directed by Nicholas Roeg (1968),with Mick Jagger,Anita Pallenberg and James Fox. It's simply incredible. Inspired by Jorge Louis Borges. Really weird, but very good.
