Each guest can wear a diaper pin ... if anyone says the word 'baby', the one that catches them gets their diaper pin. At the end of the evening, the one with the most diaper pins wins a prize.
Add blue or a couple drops of red food coloring to the punch, then you'll have a baby blue or baby pink punch.
I made my daughter a 'hat' out of an umbrella hat. I hung a rattle, diaper pins, soother, bib, baby spoon and baby wipe from the ends of the umbrella .. it was so cute, and she could use the articles afterward.
I bought half circles of wood from a craft store and painted a baby face on each one. I put the back of a stud earring (lrg. round plastic one) on the mouth of the 'baby' to imitate a soother .. then glued pink lace around the back of the face, to make it look like a baby bonnet. I then glued a magnet to the back of the 'baby face', and gave one to everyone to take home for a fridge magnet .. they loved them.
Hope this helps you out a bit ... have fun!! :)

Pass around a roll of toilet paper, and each lady/person rolls off whatever amounth they want. You gotta use the kind with sections. Once done, start at one place, have em show the length they pulled off, and each section is a promise to babysit, buy a gift, or help out, or say something sweet/nice.
Corsage idea: rattle and fresh flowers and ribbon
