nope. a bubble but beans a round butt, a bit on the larger side to be a little more precise..

To me it is a nice round butt i have never heard it called a flabby nasty butt no one here had eather.

I think it just means a big, round butt. You could probably interpret it either way, although I've only ever heard it used in a negative way.

We used to have a governor here in Michigan named John Engler. I referred to him as "Butter ***", because of his corpulent derriere. I think you could call him a "bubble butt."
