NO.......I read his biography in wikipedia...(u can too) it says that his dad abandoned his family years ago...and his mom worked day and night (two jobs) to make ends meet....this made emotional scars on him and developed a strong desire for wealth.....

OOOPS, sorry, i missed this one NO! Gene Simmons had to work his butt off for all that he had. That is why he is such a savvy busniess man today, he knows the value of the dollar. Whil I stated previously that his mother supported and was "happy so long as Gene was happy", what I meant was that she wanted him to WORK for it, but she also wanted his happiness. So, if music was what he loved, then it was music she'd support, but he was not spoiled by his family or society as a whole. Take a look at first THREE KISS albums, society was defininitely NOT supportive of KISS until "Alive!" was released. That took work and dedication. So, all in all, no Gene was not a spoiled child nor was he spoiled until he EARNED every last dollar he has..
