Well in addition to any spooky sounding techno/industrial, you could throw a few fun songs in that mention something halloween related: Runnin' with the devil; Werewolves of London; Shout at the devil; Devil's Food; Witchy Woman, Feed my Frankenstein; anything from Type O Negative, Marylin Manson, or any other dark sounding band I could go on and on.

note to the above answer.....What party would be complete without the time warp... good call

Basically every song by The Misfits and also old AFI.

And also, not totally Halloween-themed but I think they work...
"Play Dead" -The Birthday Massacre
"Queen Of Hearts" -The Birthday Massacre
"Monster" -Meg & Dia
"Witch Hunt" -Jack Off Jill
"Devil With The Black Dress On" -Jack Off Jill
"Half Jack" -The Dresden Dolls
"Zombie" -The Cranberries
