I was buying it for a while but not long enough to see if it affected my cholesterol levels. I happened to ask my Doc about it and she said it was probably worth a try.

Then I got the feeling that it was causing me to be bloated more than normal so I am going the oatmeal/exercise route.

Actually I asked this same question back when I was taking and one gal answered she was using it and did get lower cholesterol readings, but she also added she was eating oatmeal so it wasn't proof positive.

Another thing I didn't like was that it tastes so good I would use it as a quick snack and then it started getting expensive.

YUK!

Just the thought of eating yogurt - for any reason - make me nauseous......

If you eat a well-balanced diet and get a moderate amount of excercise, you won't have a cholesterol problem. Unless, of course, you have a medical condition......in which case Promise isn't going to help at all.

Have not tried it yet. Got my cholesterol down but I have been meaning to pick some of that stuff up. Memory is bad lately and think I need some ginseng or gingko or whatever that stuff is that is supposed to help.
