The concept is damn great. I love the feather on the hat
For me you need a bit more light for the gorilla for it to pop up
better from the background.
The hat should be a little lower on his head.
I like it, especially the concept

It looks like you had a lot of fun with PhotoShop! Does this logo represent you or something you do? If not, change it to do so. If it does, leave it alone -it will get plenty of attention.
