I'd suggest pediatrics. you could always do community theater for fun after medical school. Acting is not all its cracked up to be. Alot of actresses end up in bad marriages and are exposed to drugs and alchohol.
Do something you'll definitely be respected for.

You have virtually no chance of becoming a famous actress.
I know this because you have asked this question. But if you have the ability and looks, you might become an actress. You can test the ability and looks part by trying out for plays at school and in the community. IF you get the leading or second leading roles, you might qualify to be an actress. (all your answers that cite drugs and alcohol as reasons not to be an actress are brainwashed by the drive-by media. Actually very few actors have these problems. But the way the media jumps all oven any that do, makes it look like it is an epidemic. years ago there was great worry about "the casting couch" but that was a myth, too.

If you have the intellect to be an MD, do that! Although it is a gruelling life with incredible stress, few have the ability to succeed at it (exactly the same as acting). So I go with the answer which says take your time in deciding.

I'd say a pediatrician because you have a better chance of making money. If you really like to act you can still do that on the side for community theater or commercials. Follow your heart don't let a big decision rely on the hands of strangers.

Only a few really make it to the top acting. Do a paediatric course and start to do some amateur dramatics, and see where it leads. There are hundreds of starving actor and actresses.

Do you have to decide TONIGHT?

I think you've got time.

You need talent and training for either field. You'll spend twelve years learning to be a doctor. You could spend twelve years looking for that first acting job too. It all depends.
