If i'm majoring in sociology and minoring in business/accounting, is it still possible for me to get into a business school to get my mba? or do you need a bachelor's degree in business to get an MBA? And if I could get into the business school for my MBA, would it be a lot harder and take a much longer time because I wasn't a business major?

No, you don't need an undergraduate degree in business to get into an MBA program. However, some programs will waive foundation courses based on recent undergraduate coursework, so your business minor may actually shorten your MBA program slightly.

Most people who get an MBA do not have an undergraduate business degree.

It takes two years -- full time -- not matter what your undergraduate major.
