Yes I did:

Hillary stated 99 times under oath in 1996 that she did not recall what work she did for Madison Guarantee. Kenneth Starr, the second special prosecutor had subpoenaed her billing records from Madison, and she reported that she couldn't find them. Two years later, the records turned up in the White House family residence under circumstances that Hillary has never been able to explain. The records showed that she met 15 times with Arkansas businessman Seth Ward concerning Whitewater, but she and Ward denied rememberin any of that.
At the very best, her actions strongly suggest she was covering something up. At worst, she may have lied under oath and obstructed justice by hiding the billing records. The irony is that this whole episode is amazingly small potatoes. The total money involved from all parties was under $500,000, and the Clinton's lost all but $1,000 of their money.

No. I'm no Hillary fan, but that's the truth. Millions of dollars on an independent investigation of "Whitewater" by Ken Starr, and all he could find was that Bill got a bl0w job.

She did lie when she said that she'd never do what Tammy Wynette advised: "Stand By Your Man." However, she wasn't under oath, and that's between Hillary and Bill--really none of our business.

Anything that Bill or Hillary did 12 years ago pales in comparison to what the lying corrupt Bush administration has done.

If Hillary Clinton was never prosecuted for perjury, then she has never been convicted of lying under oath. Some people try to make the case she has. But really, this is wishful thinking on their part.

An accusation is not a charge, and a charge is not a conviction. In America, I seem to recall something about being innocent until proven guilty. I guess that principle doesn't apply to those with whom we disagree with politically.

Cheers...

Hillary Clinton was questioned under oath regarding several of her activities while practicing law as part of the Rose law firm. (Whitewater fraud, etc.) As I recall, some of her lucrative and brilliant investment practices were questioned also.
Interestingly enough, when the heat was on, she, the most BRILLIANT woman in America, COULDN'T REMEMBER ANYTHING!
(If THAT testimony was a lie, then she lied under oath.)
If she WASN'T lying under oath, the function of her MIND is VERY suspect!

We must be specific.

Hillary Clinton has never been under oath.

Therefore, the answer is NO.

The problem is, she lies on a regular basis, just not under oath.

She has admitted that she lied.

The question is, if she becomes president, will she suddenly "find religion" and be open and honest?

Good luck with that.
