the devil is in a persons mind all the time. AKA thoughts... one can be possessed by their own thoughts....other than that no.

I have a religious background so I'll give a Christians point of view and you can decide to accept it or not.
My opinion is "If God isn't the ruler of your spiritual life, satan is." which is to say yes satan can posess a person.
