Some of it, German and French in particular, might still be exchangeable. Call your local Travelex branch and ask them which ones they still take.
All the rest still has some value as collectibles. Your local coin shop may be interested.

you have two basic options: keep it or get rid of it.

if you get rid of it, you can throw it away, give it away, trade it, sell it, etc.
