You can buy flats for less than 20$ almost all flats are very fashionable. Idk about athletic shoes if that's what you need! Nike or adidas slip on sandle shoes run for about 199.99$ even.

try Marshall's, The Clothes Clsoet, Target, and Walmart. Go online and search 'converse shoes under $20.'
You'll find some.

I don't know where you live but if they have indoor/oudoor swapmeets, open air markets, whatever you call them...I went to an open air market and they were selling original converse for $25.00
