The # 1 movie on my list has to be " The Sixth Sense ". It totally floored me when he found out that he has been dead that whole time! That never even crossed my mind that he was dead.

Actually There is an episode of Scrubs where docter Cox is thinking about his friend ben but it ends out the whole time ben was dead while doc cox thought he was visiting for a party but when they went to the "party" it was actually ben's funeral, which isnt a movie its a show and its like The sixth sense

U should watch Saw movies. i think the first Saw movie has the most unpredictable ending. U will Not see it coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
