No. They should first be sent across to some undisclosed location in Eastern Europe for a little "Q & A session" and then shipped to Guantanamo for the CIA's own patented "spa treatment."

Why? They are obviously attracting attention to themselves, and can become a great loss-leader for the next generation of bumbling evil-henchperson-wannabes that will try running our country next. They'll do a great job of diverting your attention while the next batch fails even more miserably than the last.

Actually, I think they would look very nice on display at the Philadelphia Zoo. Although the other chimps might get upset at having their spotlight taken away. Or, we could turn them into the Hague. How many troops killed in Iraq? I lost count at 3,000. Exiling them would be too easy on them. I refuse to let them get away with something like what they've done.

Yes, definitely. They won't mind, they're only after the oil in Iraq anyway... being exiled from the US won't affect them much.
