u put ur left in, u take ur left foot out, u put ur right foot in and u shake it all about, u do the hokey pokey and u turn urself about, that's what it's all about.
repeat with right foot,left hand and right hand, also ur head and then ur body

My daughter likes the part where you put your whole body in, you out your whole body out, you put your whole body in and ya shake it all about. I think she likes that part because she likes to see me acting like an idiot that has hot coals under my feet.
