My eyes get really watery sometimes, liquid eyeliners start to burn my eyes and the pencil and the smooth kind (of many many brands) just almost melt away. It's frustrating that my eyeliner looks like crap. What is the best brand you I've used if you've had this problem? (I'd prefer NO liquid or Avon)

I am no sure but dont get it tattoed on pelase one of my friends did and shes half blind now!

okay my sister found this eyeliner from a doller store a year ago and it is great it stays on forever and to take it off just use some eye make up remover i love it soo much here is a link to their website

I love eestee lauders pencil eyeliner in black or brown it's my favorite and it tends not to smudge and it it 100% does not irrate your eyes or burn!!

MAC baby
to highlight the eyeliner you should add a bit of eyeliner
and to keep it on use a base
you could use smudge pot freom h.i.p. cvs for cheap but really good
or get feline eyeliner from mac

Erm, try Este' Lauder's eyeliner. get the one in the blue bottle. creamy cou'te. or Lancome's, Chanel, they have really good eyeliner. but make sure that you don't get the stick. get the bottle. hope i helped!

MAC waterproof - its an eye pencil, comes in range of colours... Stays on really well (even if your eyes are watering!)
