Masturbation isnt natural in my opinion. I dont see how it is viewed that way.
I want to see some 100% proof that it is natural. WIth no doubt at all. No question that it may not be natural.
If there could be a probable cause for it then dont even mention it. Waste of time...

Still not proof. I see it as faking your body into thinking its sex. I believe your body is made for creating children (when it comes to sexual stuff)
and thats it. Not "pleasing" yourself. That is just dumb to me...Eat some chocolate LOL

Good point LiarLiar but still, I think anything faked for another isnt natural. Thats like kissing a robot just because you have the urge for a kiss, and you say its natural...thats just wack....sooner orlater people are going to marry robots because they can be perfect and do whatever you want....

Masturbation can help you to avoid getting prostate cancer. If a grown man does not ejaculate very often (ie less than 5 times per week) then his chances of prostate cancer skyrocket. Therefore masturbation, especially for guys without partners, is not only natural but essential!

Humans, vampire bats, and a species of monkey or two are designed by nature to be sexual (in the mood to reproduce) at ALL times. Most animals are only sexual (in the mood to reproduce) when the seasons dictate to them that it is time. Although all other animals masturbate, generally speaking it is because a willing partner is unavailable. Humans have a more complex mating relationship than most other animals, however, and besides feeling darn good, masturbation serves as an important safety valve for the species, because the rules for mating are highly contingent upon circumstances, available partners, environment, and health. And those who masturbate become better lovers, because they know what pleases them and are able to achieve that sort of pleasure with a partner. As for being natural, it's natural because it really doesn't require any outside agent to accomplish it--lubrication makes it easier, but it isn't really required. It doesn't require ingestion of chemicals, and it doesn't require any education--people figure out how to do it on their own. Lighten up!

How might one go about proving it? Ridiculous.
How is touching yourself unnatural? It's your body and what's on your body belongs to you. What you do with it is your business. How could that be unnatural?

you are referring to religion. religion will never see masturbation as natural because sperm can only be released for you to reproduce.
to answer your question without religion, yes, you are tricking your body into thinking you are having sex, but so what? sex was made enjoyable so you would have sex. we dont need taste buds. we can eat rice cakes and survive. we were given taste buds to enjoy food. why are our sexual organs so sensitive? there is no reproductive reason for it. why do we have orgasism? you can get pregnant by just sticking it in and ejaculating. you can get a girl pregnant by masturbating, then ejacultaing inside her. no sex need.
so why does sex exist?
to enjoy.
men get sexually stimulated by thoughts, or sights. why? we could just get stimulated by smell. when she is ovulating, we get an erection.
therefore, masturbation is natural.
you can argue that brushing your teeth is not natural if you like. your teeth were designed to rot. brushing your teeth artificially allows them to last longer, therefore, not natural.
kissing is not a natural act. it serves no propose.

i once saw a study they did with monkeys. they took these monkeys that lived near the ocean and started salting their food, then they stopped. the monkeys missed the salt and stared dipping the food in the sea water.
not a natural act, but it became one in response to a change in the environment.

It is natural because it's the human art of pleasing yourself. Practically everyone does it and I don't see it not normal and it's just natural.
