For the year. Each and everyday I try to do at least one good thing for one person. If you get in the habit of doing it often it won't seem like a chore or something you have to do.
I enjoy helping others as I know someone will be there for me if I ever need it.

yes.
I returned a man's bank card to him without stealing from his account. the ATM wasn't done and he must have drove off.
I called the animal shelter and they picked up 40+ stray kittens and now they've all been adopted. I even adopted one!
I helped a little lost boy find his mom in wal mart
I donated money to the children's hospitals of Canada
I've done a bit so far!

yep I found 20 bucks on the ground at school and turned it in. I got free sizzler and if somebody hadn't claimed the 20 bucks I would have gotten it
