i knoe this might be dumb but i find it really embarrising and i only see this one friend for like 5 minutes so do i just ask her?

I would suggest to pull her somewhere where nobody can hear you, and while whispering, ask her for a pad. Or you guys can make up a code. That's what my friend does when she doesn't have a tampon. She goes up to me and asks quietly if I have a tampon in my purse. You'll get over the embaressment after a while. It's better than bleeding on your seat.

Why do need to ask your friend?
You can buy one for 25 cents in most restrooms. There should be a machine on the wall.
Of course this is if you are in the United States. I don't know about other countries though.

honey if u need it u need it...its not going to be something that she will make fun of u for or anything, after all she has them too...she will understand and im sure there will come a day when she will have to ask u too...thats what friends are for, right? but if she doesnt have one and ur at school then go to the nurse, they always have some. its nothing to be embarrassed about, no worries!!

Ask her where no one would hear you two. Or, I'd say just bring a pad to school everyday in case.

just go to them and say "you wouldn't have a pad would you? oh can I have one? thanks!"
Edit: and if they don't have any? move on to the next girl and ask them till you find someone with pads and remember to thank the first person you asked even if they didn't have what you need.

Easy, just ask your friend for private. She will give you the pad, if you need it. There is nothing be embarrassing.

Whenever you see her, whisper in her ear that you need a pad. All girls go through it, it will be fine.
However, you should always carry enough supplies around with you, so you don't have to ask everytime :]

Just ask her in private! I can't imagine her sayin no to you! We all have been there. You shouldn't find it embarassing this happens to all of us no matter if we want it to or not! I would suggest you carry one with you at all times. Stick it in a pocket in your back pack or keep it in your purse if you carry one. Good luck!

just kind of pull her aside a little bit, whisper in her ear and say "do you happen to have a pad i can borrow??" she will totally understand. she wont be like "eww" or anything. the worst that can happen is if she doesn't have one

well asking her once will be ok, she'll feel for you, and if she has one she'll most likely give it to you (I don't see why she wouldn't) but try not to ask more than that, she doesn't want to have to carry a pad around for YOU everytime you see her.
