There is, mate. May sound funny, but it's in the food we eat. Grains have it galore - if I buy enough wheat grain, and put it through my mill, and make flour, and bake some true wholegrain bread from it, the type they used to have 1000 years ago before all that refined industrial junk came along, it takes me a mere week of eating that, and the sun is up in a big way - there's nothing life can do to me I couldn't handle then.
If you need grain power more pronto than that, try whiskey.
