Tokyo Nightclubs?

I am looking for the largest nightclubs in Tokyo. As well as thoughs that hire bands to preform. I need the name of the clubs. Also, the name of any venues where Rock Bands are invited to play in front of a live audience. Thank you for your help.

Club Citta Kawasaki is largest club-type venue for live music that I know of in Kanto.
