The man is not a person, it is an idea that there. If you're black or a minority, it is the head of "the establishment" put in place to "bring us down." Though nobody has physically seen "the man," he is assumed to be a male caucasian between the ages of 25-40 and is rumored to have a substantial amount of acquired wealth, presumably acquired by exploiting those whom his "establishment" is "keeping down."
Otherwise, it's just the idea of kind of an Illuminati watching us at all times and controlling everything that goes down.

The man is the most powerful man in America. He's typically assumed to be a Caucasian male, highly successful, owns and controls everything politically and economically. Perhaps George Bush or Donald Trump like person. Wants everything and gets everything.
For example- "The mans always holding me down"
Of course he's fictional, but it's based on race and social status. Someones always trying to keep someone down, in order for their "group" to stay a head of the game. Not to mention someone is also used as a scapegoat.

I don't know but I spotted him looking out a Beach window with binoculars and when I seen him he ducked,LMAO. Then he popped back up after I went down the strand a little ways.

I think the man was my neighbor and he was looking in my window. Just curious to see inside my house, no doubt. I got up and pulled the drapes together, shut all the windows, and turned on 3 of the alarms. I think he knows I saw him.
