the back of my vigina in red and inflamed, its been a bit sore before but never this bad, it also hurts when i go to the toilet. ive not had sex so its not from that. could it be an irritation for a sanitary pad?

You need to understand your body better. The back of your vagina would be your cervix, and it is impossible for you to look at that yourself.
What you probably mean is the genital area surrounding your urethra and vagina (inside your Labia Minora and Labia Majora).
I would certainly go to your GP or Gyno/Ob. for an examination and treatment.
It may be the pads, or it may be a reaction to the soap you are using or even thrush although I doubt it.

it sounds like you need to see a gynecologist. don't ever try to settle an issue such as yours alone. anytime you have genital issues it's best to see a gynecologist. make an appt asap.
